服务条款

These terms govern your use of karmawear.co and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

KARMA WEAR, operated by Karma Wear FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Ground Floor, Entrance No. 2, Al Zahia Area, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we," "us"). Contact: hello@karmawear.co.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include VAT, duties, or import taxes — where applicable, these are calculated and added at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
Product photos are as accurate as reasonably possible; minor color variation between screens and the physical product is possible.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm and accept your order (typically by email confirmation).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments, subject to their own terms.
We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability), in which case you will be refunded in full.
Pre-orders: when a color is marked Pre-Order, you pay at checkout and we usually ship it within 4 weeks; we'll let you know if that changes. You may cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund by emailing hello@karmawear.co with your order number. If we can't ship within 4 weeks, we'll email you a new date and you may cancel for a full refund; if we don't hear back, we'll cancel and refund you in full.

4. Shipping, duties and taxes

Items ship worldwide via our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown on our FAQ page and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Import duties and taxes: where your order is subject to import duties or taxes, these are calculated and collected at checkout so that, in most destinations, nothing further is payable to the carrier on delivery. In some destinations, local customs authorities may still assess charges directly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Shipping insurance: every order ships insured. If it is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we replace it or, at our option, refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Return window and condition: you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We inspect every return on arrival. Items showing signs of wear are refused and sent back to you at your cost, except where the EU/UK right of withdrawal below applies. See the FAQ page for the current details.
Color exchanges: one color exchange per order, requested within 30 days of your original delivery date. You send the original back at your own cost, and we ship the replacement free. Further exchanges are treated as a standard return and new order.
Return shipping costs: except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we cover the cost), you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to hello@karmawear.co) before the 14 days expire — you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. You then return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being notified, and we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, any policy stated on this site. You may try the item on as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value: $30 (or the equivalent in your currency) if it needs professional cleaning or steaming before it can be sold again, or the difference between the price you paid and its resale value if it can no longer be sold as new (for example crushed pleats, stains, or a perfume smell).

Model withdrawal form — complete and return this only if you wish to withdraw from the contract:

To KARMA WEAR, Ground Floor, Entrance No. 2, Al Zahia Area, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, hello@karmawear.co:
I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [describe the order] — Ordered on / received on: [date] — Name of consumer(s): [name] — Address of consumer(s): [address] — Date: [date].

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, the KARMA mark — is owned by or licensed to KARMA WEAR and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in this section removes protections you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@karmawear.co to resolve any issue informally.
EU consumers can find their national consumer dispute resolution body at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. (The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025.)

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
