2. Products and pricing

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include VAT, duties, or import taxes — where applicable, these are calculated and added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time; changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
• Product photos are as accurate as reasonably possible; minor colour variation between screens and the physical product is possible.
• Items are made in small batches — occasional short waits for restocked colours are noted clearly on the product page before you order.

3. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm and accept your order (typically by email confirmation).
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed by Stripe, subject to their own terms.
• We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability), in which case you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping, duties and taxes

• Items are made to order and shipped worldwide via our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the FAQ page and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Import duties and taxes: where your order is subject to import duties or taxes, these are calculated and collected at checkout so that, in most destinations, nothing further is payable to the carrier on delivery. In some destinations, local customs authorities may still assess charges directly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellation

• Return window and condition: you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order items customised to your measurements cannot be returned unless faulty. See the FAQ page for the current details.
• Return shipping costs: except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we cover the cost), you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to [contact email]) before the 14 days expire — you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. You then return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being notified, and we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, any policy stated on this site.

6. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, the KARMA mark — is owned by or licensed to KARMA WEAR and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Dispute resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Nothing in this section removes protections you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
